Britannia Homecare in previous years has had a complete restructure for the benefit of our staff and service users. The day to day running of the company is overseen by the Management Team - all with dedicated roles to support all areas of the business. (Please see meet the team tab and click the icon of each staff member for their individual roles and mission statement).

We have a team of co-ordinators who plan all staff rosters and a team of Assessors who looked after the people using our service. We have an admin team who oversee daily duties within the needs of Britannia Homecare and our Team Leaders who work office based one day a week and oversee staff in the community. We have a large team of community based Senior Staff Members along with Care Workers.
