I have worked for Britannia Homecare for 2 years now. After progressing to Senior Homecare Worker the team awarded me position of Quality Assurance Leader where my responsibilities are to train new staff in the community and demonstrate the agreed ways of working. I complete Quality Assurance reviews with those using our service to ensure they are receiving high quality care.
