I have worked for Britannia Homecare for 12 years now. I am a Team Leader for the Horley, Smallfield area. I oversee the Senior Homecare Workers in this area and work collaboratively with the homecare office and the people we support in this area. I love visiting the people using our service to carry out reviews and assess their care needs alongside building positive working relationships.
