I have worked for Britannia Homecare for 12 years now. I am the Quality Assurance Leader for the Tandridge area. I oversee the Senior Homecare Workers in this area and work collaboratively with the homecare office and the people using our service in this area. I love visiting the people using our service to carry out reviews and assess their care needs alongside building positive working relationships. I always want to go above and beyond for the people using the service.
