Bio
I began my journey with Britannia Homecare over 14 years ago as a Homecare Worker. From the outset, I quickly developed a passion for supporting people and valued the variety the role brings. I progressed to Senior Homecare Worker before moving into the office as a Co-ordinator, and I now hold the position of Registered Manager.
This progression has given me a strong, well-rounded understanding of both frontline care delivery and operational management. As Registered Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered consistently across all areas.
I lead our team of Co-ordinators and work closely with the wider management team to ensure continuity, quality, and efficiency within the service. I am particularly passionate about maintaining consistency for both our staff and the individuals we support, recognising the importance of reliable and compassionate care.
My qualifications and training include:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
• Moving and Handling Train the Trainer
• Medication Train the Trainer
• Safeguarding Adults for Managers (Train the Trainer)
• Registered Dementia Friend
