Bio
I have proudly been part of the Britannia Homecare team for over 12 years. My journey began as a part-time Homecare Worker, which gave me invaluable first-hand experience in understanding the needs of the people we support. Over the years, I progressed through office based roles and served as Care Manager before stepping into my current role as Registered Manager.
Throughout this journey, I have developed a deep passion for delivering high-quality, safe and effective care. Today, I work closely alongside our dedicated team of Assessors to ensure we provide truly person centred care that empowers everyone using our service to live independently and with dignity.
My qualifications and training include:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Moving and Handling Train the Trainer
• Medication Train the Trainer
• First Aid Training
• Level 2 Certificate in Common Health Conditions
• City & Guilds qualification in End-of-Life Care
I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Britannia Homecare and hold Train the Trainer certification in Safeguarding Adults for Managers, ensuring safeguarding remains central to everything we do.
