I have worked for Britannia Homecare for 20 Years. I have had numerous roles within the company, starting out as homecare worker, then Senior Homecare Worker and now Senior HR Administrator. I reached the stage where I wanted to share my knowledge to new staff and support them through their career at Britannia Homecare to set them up for success which is why I transitioned into Human Resources.
