Bio
I have been employed with Britannia Homecare for nearly 22 years. I started as a Homecare Worker, worked my way up to Senior Carer and then came into the office holding various roles. I wanted to adapt my knowledge of the company into staff development and now support the people we employ with their journey through Britannia Homecare. My aim is to make staff feel supported and empowered to continue to adapt, learn and develop within our service and to person centre their experience by providing guidance, support and progressing within the care sector.
I enjoy carrying out induction training, welcoming new staff and supporting existing staff at Britannia Homecare. I have completed Manual Handling Train the Trainer; First Aid and Medication Train the Trainer.
