I have been employed with Britannia Homecare for over 17 years. I started as a Homecare Worker, worked my way up to Senior Carer and then came into the office holding various roles. I am now HR Manager and I am responsible for recruiting new staff, training and supporting existing staff with development opportunities and being here for their welfare.
I enjoy carrying out induction training and welcoming new staff to Britannia Homecare. I have completed Manual Handling Train the Trainer; First Aid and Medication Train the Trainer.
