I have worked for Britannia Homecare for over 22 Years. I have had numerous roles within the company, starting out as homecare worker, then Senior Homecare Worker and now Senior HR Administrator. I reached the stage where I wanted to share my knowledge to new staff and support them through their career at Britannia Homecare to set them up for success which is why I transitioned into Human Resources.
I love how the service has adapted to provide tailored support to staff in their developmental stages and throughout their journey with Britannia Homecare. I love being able to provide guidance and support to the team and to watch them flourish within our service.
