Bio
I have been part of the Britannia Homecare family for over six years now. I initially came from a hospitality background, but transitioning into care allowed me to channel my passion for helping people into something truly rewarding. I started my journey as a Homecare Worker before progressing to an Assessor and I am proud to now serve as a Senior Assessor.
I look after our wonderful people in Horley, Smallfield, Charlwood and surrounding areas, acting as their first point of contact. My favourite part of my job is being there with people from the very start, guiding them and their families through their care journey and building relationships built on trust, dignity and real support.
I have completed First Aid Training; I am a registered Dementia Friend and completed the Care Certificate. I have completed my NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
