Britannia Homecare would like to congratulate the following staff members on their recent promotion:
Jenny - previously Senior Care Worker in Redhill/Reigate has been awarded the position of Trainee Co-ordinator and will be joining us in the homecare office. Jenny had a fantastic interview with previous knowledge in this field. Jenny is very passionate and excited to make a difference.
Natalie - previously Care Worker has impressed the team with her knowledge and accountability. She has been promoted to Senior Homecare Worker.
Teresa - previously Care Worker has been thorough with reporting concerns and going above and beyond for our service users. She has been promoted to Senior Homecare Worker.
Heidi - previously Care Worker has been fantastic with providing feedback and benchmarking standards set out by Britannia Homecare. Based on her personal performance we have promoted her to Senior Homecare Worker.
Louise - Louise has been part of the Britannia Homecare Team for 2 years now and excelled as a homecare worker. We have noticed a real standard in her training of new staff and upholding the standard set out by Britannia Homecare. We have awarded her the new role of Quality Assurance Leader based in the community.
